Ⅱ 售中:
1 、时刻与您保持联系,邀请客户到公司考察,监督生产装配。
2 、备好设备说明书,档案卡及跟踪卡等相关软件,随时接受您的验收。
3 、定期向客户汇报设备的生产进行情况。
While-sale:
1, keep contact with you at any time and invite the clients to our company to inspect and supervise
the production and installation of equipments;
2, prepare equipment specification, file card, tracking card and correlative software for you to
check and accept at any time;
3, report the producing information of the equipment to clients regularly.
Ⅲ 售后
• 保修一年,终身维护, 24 小时为您开通售后服务网站、热线和传真,国内客户基本保持48小时内到达指定地点。
• 备件库存长期备足,易损、易耗件及重要配件,保证及时给客户应答。
• 对每个客户定期回访,每年一次,并记录好设备档案记录。
After-sale(operate according to the international traditional after-service standard):
